Sandra Lund. I like this...it's comfortable...the colors are so soft and merge so quietly that you hardly are aware of the merging! I like the simple white area near the bottom on the left side...which is necessary for the viewer to connect...to ground him/her a bit. There is so much expanse of negative space - breathing space - that the viewer can be pulled in and just float mentally! It's a grand piece...I love this!!!

Je vois trop souvent des oeuvres qui priment le moyen de production sur la création propre... Ces oeuvres "tomben à plat" car elles sont finalement "creuses". Merci également de votre explication de l'inspiration de cette oeuvre. Il est toujours très intérressant de connaître le processus qu'a suivi l'artiste pour aboutir à l'oeuvre. Maria José Ramos. This is an excellent album!The 10 sefirot form an inverted tree, called the Tree of Life. The root is on top, next to the key aspect of God, and the branches below, the lower sefirot. The sefirah Malchut is the nearest human being and that gives the first sense of God acting in the world. As we evolve spiritually, a person goes up the stairs toward the higher sefirot. Furthermore, the tree has three columns.
Meditation helps in this ascent.

À moi. L'histoire d'une de mes folies. Depuis longtemps je me vantais de posséder tous les paysages possibles, et trouvais dérisoires les célébrités de la peinture et de la poésie modernes. J'aimais les peintures idiotes, dessus de portes, décors, toiles de saltimbanques, enseignes, enluminures populaires ; la littérature démodée, latin d'église, livres érotiques sans orthographe, romans de nos aïeules, contes de fées, petits livres de l'enfance, opéras vieux, refrains niais, rythmes naïfs. Je rêvais croisades, voyages de découvertes dont on n'a pas de relations, républiques sans histoires, guerres de religion étouffées, révolutions de moeurs, déplacements de races et de continents : je croyais à tous les enchantements. J'inventai la couleur des voyelles ! - A noir, E blanc, I rouge, O bleu, U vert. - Je réglai la forme et le mouvement de chaque consonne, et, avec des rythmes instinctifs, je me flattai d'inventer un verbe poétique accessible, un jour ou l'autre, à tous les sens. Je réservais la traduction. Ce fut d'abord une étude. J'écrivais des silences, des nuits, je notais l'inexprimable. Je fixais des vertiges.
